Stressed out? Burned out? Confused? Angry? Sad? Stuck? Sometimes life gets really hard, and it's ok to ask for help. We treat depression, anxiety, anger, PTSD and many other issues in adults, adolescents, couples and families.

There are many different kinds of therapy. We know you're unique, so we tailor your counseling to your needs. At the same time, we use the techniques proven to get the best results. If you're having trouble, it's likely that your automatic thoughts, behavior, and feelings are getting in your way. In counseling, we figure out your automatic responses and think about whether they're helpful. Then you choose new patterns and practice those. This kind of therapy is call CBT or "cognitive behavioral therapy." It's one of the most trusted talk therapies because of decades of research providing it works.
